Petitioner seeks bail in Budha Colony P.S. Case No.156 of 2017 registered under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that three persons came on a motorcycle and made an attempt to snatch her chain made of gold but she saved her chain.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, the name of the petitioner figured in the case but the petitioner was not put on TIP. Save and except suspicion and confessional statement, there is no tangible material and petitioner is in jail since 07.08.2017.

No.72288 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 07.08.2017, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-XVI-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No.156 of 2017.
