The petitioner seeks bail in Sigouri P.S. Case No.71 of 2018, corresponding to Special Case No.9069 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a), 37(b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant alleged that petitioner took wine and he was carrying 5 liters country made liquor and for that the petitioner is in jail since 28.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that petitioner remained in jail for about 21⁄2 months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special
