Petitioner retired from the post of Lecturer in the Department of Co-operation (Rural Economics & Co-operation) on 12.04.2018 w.e.f. 30.06.2012.

Petitioner prays for payment of Earned Leave, Provident Fund, Group Insurance and arrears of difference of second ACP according to 6th Pay Revision Committee and MACP. He submits that no dues certificate has already been issued on 18.11.2017 but till date no payment has been made towards his retiral benefits.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22952 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2 which will be considered and disposed of by a reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation. Any amount due would be paid to the petitioner within a month thereafter. If certain amount has been found to be in admissible, the same shall be communicated by a speaking order to the petitioner through registered post.
