Petitioner is accused in connection with of Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No intoxicant material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.10.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
