The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 142 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the alleged recoveries were made from the premises of one Munshi Yadav @ Bhushan Kumar, the name of the petitioner has been brought in connection with the case as it was alleged that the said gas cylinders belonged to the present petitioner. It is further submitted that co-accused, namely, Munshi Yadav @ Bhushan Kumar has since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84323 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 No. 76787 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioenr, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, 1st Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 142 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
