====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner has been in custody since 31.12.2015 in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No. 176/2015 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 370/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is the married daughter of accused Ram Sahni @ Ramchandra Sahni who has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the accused Ram Sahni @ Ramchandra Sahni has since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 21717 of 2018 vide order dated 23.08.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78577 of 2018(2) dt.15-02-2019 2/3 It is appears that the trial in the case has not yet been concluded though there is specific direction of this Court to conclude the same within a period of six months.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Spl. Judge (POCSO Act)-cumA.D.J. 1st, Munger, in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No. 176/2015, subject to the following conditions:-

(1) One of the bailors will be her own blood relative, preferably, mother, brother and sister.

(2) The petitioner shall not indulge herself in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial.

(3) The petitioner shall remain physically present in court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned court concerned.

(4) The petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation, if not already concluded, and make herself
