Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgardh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 657 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 32(b), 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on confessional statement of co-villagers, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered either from the conscious possession or from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75843 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgardh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 657 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
