JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under the policy decision of the Government dated 10.2.2017, the petitioner is entitled to consideration of her case for optional transfer being an elderly lady teacher. He submits that she would be filing an application before the Department for her optional transfer in compliance of the policy decision of the Government dated 10.2.2017.
Without going into the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make her application raising the points in her favour for according of optional transfer in terms of the existing policy of the Government, if any. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be making her application within two weeks. In
Patna High Court CWJC No.22807 of 2018(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 the event such application is filed, respondent authorities would be obliged to consider petitioner's case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
