====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased in the present case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioner. Charge has been framed under Section 306 of the I.P.C. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody for about six months. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard both the parties and considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-
