Mr.Anuj Kumar Shrivastava ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 415 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 353, 333, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding a mob of 40-50 persons including the petitioners herein having dragged out the teacher of a coaching centre in presence of the police officials whereafter the said mob is stated to have attacked the police party and engaged in pelting of stones.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.85073 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the present case and no specific allegation of any sort of overt act has been alleged qua the petitioners herein. It is further submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by whatever conditions as may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed by this Court for the purposes of grant of anticipatory bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioners, above named, to deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each by way of cash security before the Nazarat of the learned Civil Court, Sitamarhi.

The learned court below is directed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein upon furnishing the proof of deposit of the aforesaid amount of cash security and subject to such conditions as may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed by the learned court of C.J.M.-I/C, Sitarmarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 415 of 2019.
