The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No.321 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 100 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent. He is in custody since 13.10.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73334 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Chapra, DistrictSaran in connection with Revilganj P.S.
