====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 653 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 387, 386, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of assaulting the informant with iron rod.

Injury report of the informant has been enclosed as Annexure-2 wherein the Doctor has found two abrasion on his person caused by hard and blunt object which were simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73466 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 653 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
