Petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi (Punaura O.P.) P.S. Case No.882 of 2018, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

37 liters of country made as well as foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 19.09.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi (Punaura O.P.) P.S. Case No.882 of 2018.
