2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 216 of 2025 instituted under Sections 127(2), 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 109, 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim causing simple injury.
4. There is a counter case also.
5. Considering the fact that the injury is simple in nature and also the fact that there is a counter case also, this

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Benipatti District- Madhubani/ concerned Court in connection with Harlakhi P.S.
