The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Mohania P.S. Case No.348 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged complaint on the basis of which present F.I.R. was lodged. The informant alleged in her complaint petition that her brother, Ajay Krishna Rastogi impersonated the informant and sold the land to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is purchaser. The brother of the informant, Ajay Krishna Rastogi has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.43512 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74489 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.348 of 2018, G.R. No.1510 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
