Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.18/2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 436, 448, 504, 427/34 of the IPC.
There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is case and counter case between the parties vide Annexure-2. On perusal of the injury report contained in Annexure-3 (series) it appears that only a bleeding cut injury in right wrist was found. As a matter of fact, the informant had
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2161 of 2020(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 taken Rs. 10000/- from this petitioner no.1, and on demand a quarrel took place between the parties. Apprehending implication in false case, the petitioner had made an application before the S.P. Aurangabad vide Annexure-5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.18/2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
