During course of unloading from a tempo, police arrived, seeing whom two persons began to flee, who were apprehended and who, on interrogation, disclosed their identity as Mithilesh Kumar as well as Sonu Kumar. From the tempo, one bag containing 60 bottles of Desi Nepali liquor, each containing 300ml., was recovered. Then thereafter, hut was searched out, allegedly belonging to Sajjan Paswan, wherefrom also one bag has been recovered containing 55 bottles of Desi Nepali liquor. It has further been disclosed that on interrogation they disclosed that Sajjan Kumar managed to escape after seeing the police. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as is

Accordingly, petitioner, Sajjan Kumar @ Sajan Paswan, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Darbhanga, in connection with G.O. Case No. 1012/2019, arising out of Darbhanga Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 428/2019.
