The petitioner seeks regular bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 589/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is the husband of the informant. He is in custody since 31.08.2018. In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
