Petitioner seeks bail in Bakhri P.S. Case No.208 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395, 412 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that two miscreants were apprehended and fire arms were recovered from their possession. The apprehended person disclosed the name of this petitioner and other accused persons stating that they have managed to run away.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74176 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No.208 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
