Case No. 210 of 2019, corresponding to S. Trial No. 631 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR there is allegation against the petitioner that he attacked husband of the informant by knife, causing injury to him and also assaulted others, who came to save him. Husband of the informant succumbed to the injuries. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 22.6.2019 and he has falsely been implicated.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
