JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and as per the prosecution case, there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and no specific overt has been alleged against the petitioners.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation

Let petitioners, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
