Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ladies. They have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel submits that from the Fard-beyan it would be evident that there was no specific overt act alleged against these petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74125 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-XIV, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
