The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No.74 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 411, of the Indian Penal Code and Section 40 of Bihar Mines Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is driver of the Tractor and he has no role in the matter of illegal mining of sand or transportation of illegal sand. Petitioner is a driver and in the instant case the local MLA held the tractor and demanded the papers and on failure to produce those papers the instant case was registered. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73888 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned A.C.J.M. I, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C..
