Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 412 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
