Petitioner is accused in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 731 of 2019 registered under Sections 452, 341, 323, 504, 354(B), 379 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to grudge. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.08.2019.
