2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case no. 346 of 2025 instituted for the offence under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 351(2), 308(3), 308(4), 119(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, Petitioner and other co-accused persons had fraudulently created forged documents of the land of the informant and subsequently sold and purchased the said land from one another. It is further alleged that, thereafter, petitioner along with other accused persons having arms came at the land of the informant with intention to

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The informant has hatched a fabricated story to get undue monetary benefit of a land which was sold by his brother 30 years back to one Sakuntala Devi. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the bonafide title holder of the aforesaid land which was sold by him in favour of one Kundan Kumar son of Vinod Rai and Ramjeevan Kumar son of Rajo Paswan through the registered sale deed. He further submits that the present case is a civil dispute between the parties.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of Bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above and considering that this case is purely a civil dispute, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case no. 346 of 2025, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
