The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 for the offence under Section 47, 54 and 57 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of coaccused Manoj Singh, Banshidhar Chowdhary and Rambhu Pasi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is presently working As Chief Life Insurance Adviser in Life Insurance Corporation.

Considering the totality of the fact situation, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75871 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Special Excise Judge, Bojpur, Ara, in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C. As also one of the condition that one of the bailor should be employee of the L.I.C.
