2. Pursuant to the last order dated 15.02.2024, a show cause has been filed and the learned State Counsel has taken this Court to paragraphs 12 and 13 which read as follows: "12. That it is humbly stated that in response thereto the District Education Officer, Saran, Chapra vide his letter No.

182 dated 27.02.2024 has intimated that the petitioners have already been paid the arrears of salary amounting to Rs. 300270/- (Rs. Three lacs two hundred seventy only) and Rs. 237238 (Rs. Two lacs thirty seven thousand two hundred thirty eight only) in their A/C No. 32735715008 and 31972175260 respectively.

13. That since the petitioners have already been paid the admissible claims in the light of the order passed by the Director, Secondary Education and in terms of the order in MJC No.234/2019 dated 31.07.2019 and hence this contempt application is not maintainable."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that still

Patna High Court MJC No.5154 of 2019(4) dt.29-03-2024 3/3 the payments relating to work done prior to the year 2017 has not been made.

4. Time has come to consign the file with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director, Secondary Education with individual representation detailing out the amount due with specific details alongwith relevant documents.

5. The Director, Secondary Education will accordingly act in accordance with law.

6. The MJC No. 5154 of 2019 stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
