1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Anandpur P.S. Case no. 101 of 2025 registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 324(4), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the ten named accused persons including the two petitioners herein are said to have come variously armed and of having assaulted the informant, his brother and uncle leading to injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. There is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89246 of 2025(3) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 case and counter case between the parties with injuries on both sides. The petitioners are in custody since 12.10.2025 and have no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR being general and omnibus against ten named accused persons including the two petitioners herein, there being case and counter case between the parties and the petitioners having remained in custody for more than 4 months since 12.10.2025 together with their not having any criminal antecedent and charge sheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs both the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Anandpur P.S. Case no. 101 of 2025 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka.
