Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though the petitioner was informant of the case and final form was submitted against him differing with the same cognizance has been taken by the Magistrate.

Also submitted that on going through the statement of the victim (third wife of the petitioner) it is obvious that she has been duped for marriage prior to being married with the petitioner.
