JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Delha P. S. Case No. 26 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 353, 114, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. there was a complaint by the wife of the petitioner no.2 and petitioner no.2 was called in the police station, thereafter, it is alleged that petitioner no.1 came at the police station, started abusing the police personnel. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegation is false and concocted. Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Gaya, in connection with Delha P. S. Case No. 26 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
