The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 216 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307/354A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act and Sections 8,10,11 of POCSO Act. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner along with co accused Aman Kumar Yadav used to tease the daughter of the informant and also posted her photograph on face book. It is further alleged that when the informant raised objection then this petitioner along with co accused Aman Kumar Yadav also made firing on the informant and his son, but, they did not sustain injury.

No.75447 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 The victim girl has given her statement U/s 164 Cr.P.C. which is annexed as Annexure-2 to the bail petition, wherein, she has not taken name of this petitioner. The compromise has also taken place between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 6.11.2018 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 216 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
