The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2019 in connection with Special Case No. 9846 of 2019 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 708 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession, 25 litres of country made liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.11.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let him be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82897 of 2019(2) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 of Rs.25, 000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge- Excise , Patna in connection with Special Case No. 9846 of 2019 arising out of Naubatpur P.S.
