The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise & Prohibition Act, 2016.

Submission is that recovery of liquor is alleged from a hedge. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent nor the petitioner has any concern with the said liquor. Considering the fact that there is no sufficient material against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from
