2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 599 of 2025 instituted under Section 61(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of falsely implicating a person in a crime by producing illegal arms.

4. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
