The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file representation before the respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no.3 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from today and the respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
It is needless to state that the respondent no.3 shall
Patna High Court CWJC No.23175 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 pass the final order and make payment of admitted outstanding dues within a period of twelve weeks of passing of the final order to the petitioner herein, failing which the admitted dues shall carry an interest @ 6% per annum w.e.f. the date the same has become due till the date of actual payment.
