Petitioner is accused in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 02 of 2011 registered under Sections 395, 412 of the I.P.C., 3/5 of the Explosive Substance Act and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accursed. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
