2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 290 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 333, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 25(1B)a, 26 of the Arms Act and Sections 3(i)(r)& 3(i)(s) of the SC/ST Act and Sections 8, 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of demanding rangdari (extortion).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Court below along with the compromise petition. If the Court below finds that the matter has been settled between the parties and the informant supports the same, then the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court below in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 290 of 2025 and if O.P. No. 2 does not support the compromise, the Court below shall pass an appropriate order.
