The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 401/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one country made revolver and 2 live cartridges have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2018.
Keeping in view the period of custody already spent by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75462 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner with further condition that :
(i) The petitioner shall remain present on each and every date fixed by the Court.
(ii) Absence on two consecutive dates without valid reason will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (iii) Petitioner will not tamper with evidence otherwise his bail bond will liable to be cancelled. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/mu keshU T
