JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Tisiouta P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 427, 436, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitnioers and others is of setting the house of informant into fire and also assaulting the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is aged about 60 years and no specific allegation has been attributed to him. Moreover, two other accused persons having similar allegation has already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 07.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71066 of 2019.
