The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Lallu Pandey. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner to connect the petitioner in the alleged crime.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75073 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Maranchi P.S.
