Petitioner seeks bail in Sohsarai P.S. Case No.197 of 2018, registered under Sections 30(A) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The informant recovered 360 pouches each containing 200 ml. of country made liquor from a bush and alleged that the petitioner and other four persons are indulged in selling illicit liquor. Petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in jail since 21.11.2018 Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional
