Petitioner seeks bail in Banka Mahila P.S. Case No.38 of 2018, registered under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant is the wife of the petitioner. The victim alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted her and drove her out from the house due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife. Petitioner is in jail since 14.09.2018.

Considering the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already
