2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. The recovery is of 900 liters of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 25.09.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- in some charitable organization without accepting his guilt.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88888 of 2025(2) dt.24-12-2025 2/3 prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023.

8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- in Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Nala Road, Patna and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.

9. It is also made clear that the petitioner has also been granted bail today in Cr. Misc. No. 88477 of 2025 in which he has also been directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- in Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Nala Road, Patna therefore the Court below shall ensure that the petitioner shall produce two different receipts of Rs. 25,000/- at the time of furnishing his bail bonds.
