2. The present petition has been filed for the grant of following relief:- i. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the Respondent No-2 (Registrar, Cooperative Society Bihar Patna) to dispose of the election Dispute Case No-88 of 2019 on the earliest possible date after hearing the parties
Patna High Court CWJC No.966 of 2020(3) dt.30-09-2024 2/3 which was filed in pursuance of letter dated12.07.2019 issued under authority Dy. Director of Ministry of Agriculture and farmers welfare Department of Agriculture Cooperation and Farmers welfare (Office of Central Registrar of cooperative society) inter alia petitioners have been directed to file petition before Registrar Cooperative society Bihar.
ii. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the Respondent No. 1&2 to appoint Arbitrator for their in terms of the letter dated.06.08.2019 (Memo No.573/R L dated.09.08.2019 in order to settle the dispute on early date.
iii. To hold and declare that the long pendency of the case under reference shall frustrate the objective of the petition of petitioners hence the same be disposed of forth with.
iv. To hold and declared that the Registrar Cooperative Society Patna is not treating the application of petitioners appropriately and keeping the same pending unwontedly which is

v. To grant any other relief to petitioners for which they are entitle to have in connection with aforesaid relief.
3. Though, the petitioner do not have an update on whether the Election Dispute Case No.88 of 2019 has been disposed of or not, in that background, the writ petitions stands disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Cooperative Society, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) that the if the aforesaid case is still pending the same has to be disposed of immediately.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
