The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. he submits that victim has her own volition accompanied with the petitioner and petitioner and victim have joined wedlock. She is residing at her matrimonial home.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
