Petitioner seeks bail in Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.153 of 2018, registered under Sections 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioner along with others having armed with different weapons came and assaulted the informant and when Laxmi Chaupal and others came to save, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Laxmi Chaupal with Farsa on his head.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Laxmi Chaupal got three injuries on head but none of the injuries have been caused by sharp edged weapon. All the injuries have been caused by hard and blunt object. There is a counter version also. Considering the facts and nature of allegation made
