JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 80/18, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner no. 1 is mother in law, petitioner no. 2 is father in law and petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are brothers in law of the deceased and allegation against them is of causing death of the deceased for non fulfilment of dowry demand. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are in mother in law, father in law and brothers in law and no specific allegation has been attributed to them and the husband of the petitioner is already in judicial custody.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM -VIII, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 80/18, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
