BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction for setting aside the order dated 17.06.2019 passed by Respondent No. 5 who has issued the order without following the settled principle of law. Neither any notice nor any explanation was given to the petitioner before issuance of impugned order. The petitioner was never give a chance to lay his point of view before respondent No. 5.

Having regard to the master and servant relationship read with Annexure-1 prima facie writ petition is not maintainable. For the reasons that no writ could be ordered against private party, therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy.
