The petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2018 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.489 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 504, 307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is previous enmity between the parties as they are agnates and for the said reason, the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case.
